Exactly! I’m 3 million dollars richer!
Did I say dollars? I meant RUPIAH. Pardon the inadvertent mistake. It’s obviously a typo.
Yes, my mum just got back from her vacation in Indonesia last week and wasn’t she felicitous to be an instant millionaire.
Can you imagine if Malaysia shares a fairly depressed real value in monetary terms as Indonesia? We will have to carry suitcases of money I say! (Assuming the denomination of our notes still remains as RM1, RM5, RM10, RM50, and RM100; credit cards are not in existence and Malaysia is still a very hulu country. Assuming only.)
And when we start dealing, we go by millions and billions.
Imagine this,

My goodness. Millionaires and billionaires all over town. From now on, a fake LV itself will cost a few million Ringgit. And the real one maybe a few trillion.
And this will be one embarrassing moment.
Well, to actually live up to this quixotic scenario. I did something to the price tag of the shirt my mum bought me, from Indonesia, of course.
That was the actual price. And the following would be the price if it is sold in the romantic Malaysia.
Fuah, I’m wearing a shirt that cost RM129,500. Don’t play play I tell you.p.s. Congratulations to Carmen @ Teh Hijau Carmen for winning

16 Piece of Mind:

I remember the first time I had to go change RM to Rupiah at the Money Changer... I received 1.2 Million Rupiahs... instant millionaire! Immediately took a picture with my phone and sent it to my mom and gf LOL.
ngee~~.. anything is cheap there..for example,,,I can get a soap for 40cent there than 80cent,,
damn~ hahaha
Wohoo instant millionaire there. OUr contract worker just went back and smsed us. Saya dirampok berjuta rupiah, buk...pity
Hahaha. I knew there was a catch.
Ain't too bad, buddy. 3 millions rupiah, while certainly only worth a fraction of 3 million ringgits, is quite a lot and is 2 months salary of a fresh uni graduate.
haha! RUPIAH, yea..does make us much more richer
oooh... *depressed I didn't win the cd? :(
Going to merajuk with you for a while :p
btw, Changing the tag won't change the fact. :p
I had a fabulous shopping time in Bandung and just came back from Indonesia. Converted more than a million rupiah left back to ringgit.
THANKIEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW VINCE :D
So moving to indonesia? Can live there as millionaire or billionaire.
